When a visitor types a name, location, or other search detail into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Tippecanoe County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor emails the site or sends a contact message, the submitted name, email address, and message content may be kept long enough to review and respond. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.
