The Sheriff's Administrative records page says public-record request forms may be mailed or faxed to the address or fax number on the form. Mailed requests need a self-addressed stamped envelope, the correct fee must be included, and records are not delivered until payment is received. Completed forms may also be brought to the Tippecanoe County Law Enforcement Building or emailed to the listed records contact.
